Dr. Jennifer Languell is the most recognized green building consultant in the state of Florida, having certified nearly two-thirds of all the homes in the state under the Florida Green Building Coalition’s standards.  In 2006 she was named NAHB’s Green Building Advocate of the Year, and also earned the Leadership Award from the Council for Sustainable Florida.  In 2009 she was honored with the Pathfinder Award from the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. Her knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues lead to her starring role on the Discovery Channel’s newest environmental series Discovery Project Earth.
